Description

Opportunity to catch!

One of the best reform projects in Costa del Sol!

The best property in Benahavís village.

In the heart of the village, set on its own hilltop with breathtaking mountain views in all directions.
Secluded and surrounded by forest, for its own privacy, yet, still only a short walking distance to the picturesque and sought-after village with its many bars and renowned restaurants.

The manor was built 1995 by a Russian noble man with no expenses spared.
Today it’s a reform project where you can put your own mark on the estate of 1100 sqm in 3 levels with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, built on a double plot of 4200 sqm.

With a big pool, five open fireplaces, double garage, solar panels, huge wine cellar and many terraces.

The options are many: A big home for generational living, a family home with 5 extra apartments to rent out, or an urbanisation of six apartments with a shared pool.

Possibility to request a permit to build a brand-new villa on the lower plot.

This is a rare chance to acquire a truly unique property to create your dream home in one of the most prestigious spots on Costa del Sol.

The price is negotiable, offers are welcomed after the visit.

About:

Benahavís is a Spanish town (pueblo) and municipality in the province of Malaga.
It is a mountain village between Marbella, Estepona, and Ronda, 7 kilometers (4.3 mi) from the coast.
On the southern face of La Serranía de Ronda mountain range, Benahavís is one of the most mountainous villages on the western Costa del Sol, near the resort beaches as well as the spectacular mountains of the Serrania de Ronda.
Its terrain is traversed by the Guadalmina, Guadaiza and Guadalmansa Rivers.
Places of great natural and historic interest are to be found within its boundaries, such as El Cerro del Duque, Daidin and the Montemayor Castle.
During the late 1990s, the Junta de Andalucia constructed a dam on the site of an old marble quarry, and now for much of the year the once ever-flowing Río Guadalmina is a dried-up riverbed.
