Two Charming Village Houses (92m² + 58m²) – Can Be Combined – Las Carboneras
A rare opportunity to purchase two authentic Spanish village houses (sold together) in the peaceful hamlet of Las Carboneras, Villanueva del Rosario (Málaga).
This is a flexible property for buyers looking for a rural base with character — ideal as guest accommodation, rental units (short- or long-term), a family setup with extra privacy, or a smart renovation project.
The larger home (approx.
92m²) is well laid out over two floors.
On the ground floor you’ll find a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room.
Upstairs there is an open space that works perfectly as a home office or small sitting area, plus two spacious bedrooms.
The second home (approx.
58m²) offers a living room with open-plan kitchen on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with landing and a bathroom.
This smaller house is structurally sound but still needs further finishing, making it an ideal value-add project for buyers who want to complete it to their own taste.
A big advantage is that the two houses are attached and can be easily combined into one larger dwelling, creating a more spacious village home with a flexible layout.
Set in a tranquil countryside area with nature and hiking nearby, while still offering convenient access to Archidona (approx.

Villanueva del Rosario is a town and municipality in the province of Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain.
It is located off the motorway from Málaga to Granada and Seville.
It is situated in the northeast of the province.
It belongs to the comarca of Nororma.
The white washed pueblo sits at the base of the Cerro de la Cruz, with rolling countryside on the other three sides.
Famous for the quality of its olive oil, the countryside is naturally populated with olive trees and wheat fields in between.
The population is approximately 3,500.
The feria is celebrated during the first week in August, and is known as "La Veladilla del Carmen".
There is another feria in October to celebrate the patron called the "La Virgen del Rosario".
Festivities however start earlier in the year on April 25 when the population, in common with other agricultural communities celebrate "La Romeria de San Marcos" who is the patron saint of the countryside.
The pueblo acts as a base for potholers who can explore the caverns in the Sierra, or for cycling, horse riding or walking holidays.
Several properties are available for 'rural tourism'.
