Welcome to this modern and stylish home in the popular Paraiso Pueblo in Benahavís.
Here you are greeted by a bright residence with an open-plan layout where the kitchen and living room blend harmoniously together.
The kitchen is tastefully designed with decorative tiling, integrated appliances, and a spacious kitchen island that creates a natural gathering point.
From the living room, you access a glass-enclosed terrace that serves as an additional lounge area all year round.
The property further opens onto an unusually large private garden with several seating areas and sun loungers, creating a clear villa-like feel and plenty of space for both relaxation and social gatherings.
The master bedroom has direct access to the garden, and the bathroom is modern with a glass walk-in shower.
Marble flooring throughout enhances the exclusive feel.
A storage as well as a private underground parking space is also included.
The community offers generous green areas and a wide range of resort-style facilities: six outdoor swimming pools, a heated indoor pool, children’s area, fully equipped gym, CrossFit and yoga area, as well as a spa with sauna, Turkish bath, and jacuzzi.
There is also a clubhouse with restaurant/bar, a small shop offering local products, and 24-hour security.
A perfect home for those seeking comfort, service, and an exclusive lifestyle in scenic surroundings close to golf, restaurants, and amenities.
Benahavís is a Spanish town (pueblo) and municipality in the province of Malaga.
It is a mountain village between Marbella, Estepona, and Ronda, 7 kilometers (4.3 mi) from the coast.
On the southern face of La Serranía de Ronda mountain range, Benahavís is one of the most mountainous villages on the western Costa del Sol, near the resort beaches as well as the spectacular mountains of the Serrania de Ronda.
Its terrain is traversed by the Guadalmina, Guadaiza and Guadalmansa Rivers.
Places of great natural and historic interest are to be found within its boundaries, such as El Cerro del Duque, Daidin and the Montemayor Castle.
During the late 1990s, the Junta de Andalucia constructed a dam on the site of an old marble quarry, and now for much of the year the once ever-flowing Río Guadalmina is a dried-up riverbed.
