We have several plots for sale in Marbella Club Golf Resort, a private, gated complex with 24-hour security and concierge, golf course and equestrian center.
It is a residential area in which it is important to maintain the natural environment where most of the plots have a minimum surface area of 4,000 m2, on which only approximately 10.6% can be built, with a maximum height of 7 meters or ground floor plus 1, meaning this that the natural environment and privacy will always be maintained.
Since most plots are sloping, basements can have higher views.
All the plots have beautiful views combining the forest of the area, with the golf course, views of the sea and the African coast and some even the horse jumping competition track.
The complex also has a very nice Club House with the best possible service.
This plot has an elevated position with panoramic sea views to both the south east and south west.
It also has very nice views of the pine forest that surrounds it.
This plot corresponds to approximately 450 m2.
The orography of the land would allow a basement with panoramic views.
The adjoining Plot to the west is available so there is an option to unify the two.
In total they would add about 9,800 m2 of plot and about 1,040 m2 of buildable area.
Benahavís is a Spanish town (pueblo) and municipality in the province of Malaga.
It is a mountain village between Marbella, Estepona, and Ronda, 7 kilometers (4.3 mi) from the coast.
On the southern face of La Serranía de Ronda mountain range, Benahavís is one of the most mountainous villages on the western Costa del Sol, near the resort beaches as well as the spectacular mountains of the Serrania de Ronda.
Its terrain is traversed by the Guadalmina, Guadaiza and Guadalmansa Rivers.
Places of great natural and historic interest are to be found within its boundaries, such as El Cerro del Duque, Daidin and the Montemayor Castle.
During the late 1990s, the Junta de Andalucia constructed a dam on the site of an old marble quarry, and now for much of the year the once ever-flowing Río Guadalmina is a dried-up riverbed.
