The property is a farm of about 17 thousand meters in the municipality of Ojen.
It has a sports club license, being possible to change the activity to be carried out.
Inside the farm there is an area where the stables are located, 12 3x3 boxes, and a manger.
In the same area the laundry rooms.
There is a silo for 8 thousand kilos of feed.
Then there is the recreation area, where there are two tracks, one of about 30x20, and a circular riding arena.
