This could be the place where your dream of having a small and cozy hotel comes true, in one of the most peculiar towns in the province of Malaga.
Comares is known as The Axarquias balcony or, also, as The Eagles nest.
Because, from it, you can enjoy 360o views of the entire region, being the highest town in the entire area.
To the east the Maroma -the highest mountain in Malaga-, to the north El Boquete de Zafarraya -the old road to Granada-, to the west the Montes de Malaga and to the south the Mediterranean Sea.
In the heart of the town is this long-standing townhouse.
A few steps away from shops, restaurants and a two-minute walk to the carpark.
The house has five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A spacious living-dining room, a kitchen with a utility room and a large fireplace area, used for cooking long ago.
The house needs a reform to update it to the current times.
It has Hydraulic mosaic floors in several rooms - these are a gem since they are practically eternal.
A higher floor could be built, where you could make a terrace with fantastic panoramic views of the entire region and the sea.
We are delighted to be able to present this property to you soon, either personally or through virtual viewing.
Because this world is unique - like our Axarquía.
In Andalucia.
On the Costa del Sol.
Here, on the sunny side of life ...
