3400-meter plot with a rustic-style house-igloo, Ventorrillo Restaurant in operation and a third building under restoration
The igloo house is spread over 3 floors: on the first floor there is a spacious kitchen with a wood burner for cooking, a living room with a large fireplace and a bathroom.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom and on the third floor is the dome-solarium with 4 large windows facing north, south, east and west.
It also has a terrace.
The house is built with quality materials, the ceilings are made of wood (a material widely used in this construction).
The views are impressive, to the south you can see Malaga and the sea.
To the east you can see an apiary and behind the Sierra Nevada and to the north and west you have views of the field.
The plot also includes a restaurant, the Antiguo Ventorrillo, a 150-meter place decorated in a rustic style.
It has capacity for 60 people.
It has a cellar excavated in the stone that maintains a constant temperature between 16-18 degrees throughout the year.
In the main living room there is a central fireplace.
Outside there is a large barbecue where all the meats are prepared and a wood oven.
The entire terrace is made of clay and stone.
Here the views are also wonderful.
Next to the sale there is a studio with a bathroom and with a fireplace.
It is currently in operation, opening its doors on weekends and holidays.
There is also a 66-meter nave and another 90-meter house that is undergoing restoration.
The entire plot has abundant vegetation that covers much of the plot creating a microclimate.
The trees are eucalyptus, fir, yuccas, pepper trees, mimosas, giants, oleanders, etc.
This whole complex has a water tank with a capacity of 40,000 liters, although the plot has water and electricity from the network.
