Fantastic independent house in a very quiet area of Vélez-Málaga.
The house consists of five floors: The lowest is a huge garage with plenty of space for storage or to make a game room.
We go up to the next floor where we find a small room that can be used as a storage room or pantry, and a large living room with fireplace and large windows with sliding doors that give way to the outside area.
On the third floor is the main entrance of the house.
Here is a sitting-room, a bright kitchen with separate laundry room, a full bathroom and a bedroom that is used as an office.
On the top floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms - one of them ensuite in the master bedroom along with a fantastic dressing room-.
