Totalán is a village located in Malaga's Axarquía, just half an hour from Malaga city center and the airport.
The farm has 60,000 m2 with mango and avocado trees and vines of various kinds of grapes.
It has two wells -one natural and one drilling-.
It has good access.
Much of the estate is fenced.
It also has a house where you can make three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.
In the lower part of the farm, next to the river, is the ruin of the old olive oil mill.

Totalán is a village and municipality in the province of Málaga, part of the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain.
It is located in the comarca of La Axarquía.
The municipality is situated approximately 22 kilometres from the provincial capital of Málaga and 13 from Rincón de la Victoria.
It has a population of approximately 650 residents.
The natives are called Totalanenses or Totalaneños and the nickname is Rebotaos.
