This lovely detached villa sit in an elevated position with fantastic views of the mountains and the popular town of Alora.
The house is beautifully presented and feels light, bright and airy.
A conservatory runs along the front of the property, this is currently used as a ‘chill-out' room but it could equally be a dining room.
The living accommodation feels very spacious with bags of natural lights flowing int the rooms.
The Lounge is large with a fireplace to one end of the room.
The kitchen opens into the lounge and is full fitted and very well equipped.
The Master Bedroom is especially large with entrance area before entering the main part of the bedroom.
There are two other double bedrooms and family bathroom.
To the rear of the property is large elevated pool area with specular views of the town and mountains, a BBQ, dining area is a perfect spot to dine alfresco.
The gardens are planted with mature subtropical plants.
Alora is a large large and typical Spanish village, with over 14,000 inhabitants, is a perfect base for exploring different places and discovering beautiful nature.
The town is nestled between three large rocks and crowned by the beautiful ruins of an old Arab caste.
The views from the terrace in front of this castle are exceptional!
The village has a unique Andalusian feel, with its steep streets and white washed houses.
In between the historical features, like the second oldest church in Spain, there are also a lot of modern facilities, like a medical centre, a cinema, lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, a local sports complex and a large public swimming pool.
Alora is 45 minutes (45 km.) from the city of Málaga and the airport.
The beaches of the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos) are a 40 minute (48 km.) drive away.
