Newly renovated townhouse in Fuengirola with 2 large patios and 4 bedrooms divided on 3 levels.
Here we can offer you a community with really friendly neighbors, nice pools and still on close proximity to the city of Fuengirola.
The community is located in El Coto, a quiet and popular area just outside Fuengirola.
This community consists mostly of permanent Spanish and Scandinavian residents and is perfect for a family that needs a bit more space than the average holiday home.
The house has 4 bedrooms, so all the kids get their own room here.
On the first level we find a spacious entrance, a modern kitchen, guest toilet, a large living room and 2 large terraces.
One terrace facing northeast and the other southwest.
Both terraces are covered, but the terrace in the south-west is half-covered, which provides us with lots of light and sun.
On the second floor we find 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom.
On the same floor, we also have the master bedroom with its own bathroom and a small office.
On the top floor we find the fourth and last bedroom.
This room is perfect for the teenager as it has its own terrace and privacy.
A very comfortable way of living in a community with high security for children and little worry for adults.
Welcome to a viewing.
