Architect plans in place
This town house sitting in one of the prettiest little squares in Tolox is a great reform project.
The currently owners have architect plans for the property that were drawn up several years ago.
A hallway welcomes you to the property with a step down to the living room.
A bathroom is accessed from the lounge, the plans were to convert this room into a cloakroom and small study.
Leading from the lounge is the dining room and then the kitchen which could quite easily be opened to kitchen/diner.
There is an outside door in the dining room that leads to a lower street in the village to enable the owners to park to unpack groceries etc.
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, the intention was to rearrange this space slightly to give each bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
On the second level you will find the terrace with two further rooms leading from the terrace.
The owners were going to convert this area to separate studio, the space would also make a lovely winter lounge and kitchen.
