This farmhouse from 1935 was restored in 1998 and has kept part of its architecture, such as the cobbled floor and an artisan bread oven.
It has a total of 230 m2 constructed and habitable, plus a barbecue area, patio and storage room.
The plot in which this cortijo is located has an area of 9871 m2 with orange trees in production, it also has a legalized well with plenty of water, as it is very close to the Guadalhorce river.
As soon as we arrive we find an entrance gate to the ranch, with room for several vehicles in the shade of the vegetation.
There is a main door to the living room and another one directly to the kitchen, both made of antique wood.
The living-dining room is equipped with a fireplace, from here we can access the kitchen, the inner courtyard, the stairs leading upstairs and another air-conditioned living room with views of the inner courtyard.
On the upper floor there are 2 large double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a complete bathroom.
The first bedroom has a window overlooking the inner courtyard and the entrance to the ranch, with 3 beds.
Then a corridor with window leads to the rest of the rooms, bathroom, single bedroom, both with windows to the patio and finally the master bedroom, very spacious and bright with two windows and a door to go down to the inner courtyard.
Outside there is also a storage room and a bathroom-laundry room.
