This charming finca on the outskirts of the village was built 20 years ago with a great deal of love and attention by the current owners.

Electric gates open to the driveway with a parking area to the right for guests.
When entering through a second set of gates to the property the first of the separate accommodation sits to the left.
This self contained one bedroom casita has been enjoyed by friends, family and of course 'paying' guests.
The main house is constructed around a traditional central courtyard.

This could easily be converted back to an ensuite bathroom giving you two more rental units.
