Welcome to this beautiful property which is accessed via a paved road and offers the possibility of running a B&B.
It is possible to enter the property in 4 different ways, which has 2 separate houses with 3 bedrooms each.
The most common entrance is a gate where you enter the landscaped garden.
Here there are several fruit trees.
The 3.5 x 7 swimming pool is also located here with breath taking views of the surrounding mountains.
Entering the property, we first have access to a covered terrace, finished with traditional arches that again provide a beautiful setting with spectacular views.
We could easily split the main house into 2 separate parts each with its own access.
The first door opens into the kitchen.
Next to it is a room that is currently used as an office but could be put to another use.
Next to the kitchen is also a storage room, space for washing machine and dryer and a toilet.
A staircase leads from the kitchen to the 1st floor where there are 2 bright bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The 2nd part of the main house can be entered from the kitchen or from the covered terrace.
You enter a nice large room where there is now a lounge and a dining table.
Between these 2 there is a level difference which divides the space.
A staircase also leads upstairs where there is another separate sitting area.
If you want to open a B&B, the breakfast room could be made here.
This is also the room where the old olive mill was located and these have been incorporated in a modern way.
A pool table is currently located behind this space.
This is the former 'stable'.
You also have a door here leading outside.
Next door, you have a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The third part or separate living area has a separate entrance door with separate terrace.
You enter a place where a sitting area has now been created.
From this area you have access to a fitted kitchen.
Behind the kitchen is a bedroom with a washbasin.
Next to the sitting area is a 2nd bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
A staircase leads upstairs to a lounge with the 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Comares is a town and municipality in the province of Málaga, part of the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain.
The municipality is situated approximately 28 kilometers from the provincial capital and 24 from Vélez-Málaga.
It is located in the foothills of the Montes de Málaga 703 meters above sea level.
Comares is one of the 31 villages that make up the comarca of Axarquía.
It is bordered to the north with Riogordo, to the north, northeast and east with Cútar, to the south with El Borge, to the southwest and west with Málaga and to the northwest with Colmenar.
It has a population of approximately 1,420 residents.
