Magestic village house built in 1830, the third oldest house in Tolox and located right in the historic center of the town.
The house is spread over three floors, maintaining all the authenticity of its construction.
On the ground floor, we enter the house through a spacious entrance hall, where we have two living rooms, a large dining area, and a kitchen.
From here we go up to the first floor where we have four double bedrooms, a bathroom, and enough space to build a second bathroom.
On the upper floor, which needs some improvements, we find four more living rooms or bedrooms, and another bathroom, which has been renovated.
From here we climb to the highest part, with a fully restored terrace and roof, offering spectacular views of the Sierra de las Nieves and the awakening of the bells of the San Miguel church.
A perfect place to convert it into an ideal B&B for all tourists who come to visit the natural setting of the Sierra de las Nieves as well for all visitors to the popular Balneario/ Spa in Tolox.
